SessionKit ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.

• •Session package data (bundles, progress, expiration dates)
• •AI briefing outputs (generated entirely on-device)
• •App preferences and practice settings

• •To store and display your client and session data
• •To generate on-device AI session preparation briefings

• •To send you optional session reminder notifications
• •To sync your data across your Apple devices via iCloud (if enabled)

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure SwiftData framework. If you enable iCloud, your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure using your personal iCloud account.

We do NOT:

• •Store your data on our servers — we don't have any
• •Share your data with third parties
• •Sell your personal information
• •Use your data for advertising
• •Collect analytics or usage data
• •Send any data to external AI services

SessionKit's AI briefing feature uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to generate pre-session preparation notes. All AI processing happens entirely on your device.

• •No client data is sent to external AI services or cloud processors
• •The AI model runs locally on your iPhone
• •Briefings are generated from your local session and client data only
• •AI features gracefully degrade on unsupported devices

If you enable iCloud, your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure:

• •Data syncs end-to-end between your own Apple devices
• •SessionKit has no server-side component and cannot access your iCloud data
• •Your data is protected by Apple's iCloud security and your Apple Account credentials
• •You can manage iCloud data through iOS Settings at any time

The app uses the following Apple services:

• •Apple Foundation Models for on-device AI briefings (all processing happens locally)
• •Apple CloudKit for iCloud sync (optional, uses your personal iCloud account)
• •Apple Push Notifications for session reminders (optional)

We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

You have the right to:

• •Access all your data within the app
• •Delete all your data from the app
• •Revoke notification permissions

SessionKit is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app contains no advertising, in-app purchases requiring parental consent, or social features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
